Combining aesthetic and edible, nothing more natural for a luxury hotel and restaurant. Since 2011, the head chef of the Relais and Chateau located in the Old Port offers original fine herbs, berries and mushrooms on hand, in addition to vegetables produced in Ile d’Orleans for its cuisine. In 2012 has also been added a roof garden dedicated to the production of edible flowers and unusual herbs, which allow the leader to give his creations original flavors.
