Project description
The maintenance of a vegetable garden is a considerable opportunity for involvement for young people in socio-professional and personal development. This is why two Carrefour jeunesse emploi in Quebec have called on our services.
- CJE Charlesbourg since 2017 – The installation includes long culture bins located at Carrefour Charlesbourg. Harvests are processed in partnership with Récupér’Action Alimentaire de Charlesbourg.
- CJE Ste-Foy since 2021 – A vegetable garden in Smart pots on the roof of Plaza Laval is maintained by the young people of Option-travail with the weekly help of a member of our horticultural team.
