Project description
Since spring 2014, a garden grows on the rooftops of Chez Boulay! The garden is full of traditional plants (thyme, chives, tarragon), but also of wild boreal species like pepper water, ground ivy or Canada mint… All crops are integrated into the preparations of chefs: we love that!
