The Hôtel du Vieux-Québec, very environmentally committed, accumulates honors for his achievements and attracts a growing number of clients attracted by its green practices. We turned his classic gray roof into a verdant jungle from 2009 to 2016, and each year brought its expansions and news! The hotel’s roof also serves as home to many urban honey producing bees.
