Largest homeless shelter in Quebec City, offering both shelter and a soup kitchen, Lauberivière was our very first partner and has been one for a long time. Its rooftop garden is the first site we designed in 2009. Vegetables and herbs were growing just up the kitchens, between 2009 and 2016, allowing the organization to have access to fresh food and not to depend exclusively on donations. (Lauberivière has now moved in another building and this rooftop garden that several people visited over the years does not exist anymore.)
