Project description
On the roof of the Limoilou café of La Maison Smith, 1,200 square feet of surface were dedicated in 2020 to growing vegetables in 78 Smart Pots. The harvests were intended in part for the employees of the company’s six cafés, and in part for a community organization in Limoilou, Le Relais d’Espérance.
Right next to the vegetables that were maintained by Les Urbainculteurs, a row of potted raspberries also enjoyed full sun. It was maintained by the Onésime Pouliot Farm.
