Project description

A beautiful story, that of the garden of the TÉLUQ University! With a plot of land to green, motivated employees and a partnership with SQUAT Basse-Ville, they received the 2017 financial assistance from Mission Jardins Urbains to set up a vegetable garden in the city center.

Each week, TÉLUQ employees help with maintenance, coached by one of our horticulturists. The result? Not only a beautiful space in the heart of the city, but fresh vegetable harvests delivered to the kitchen of SQUAT Basse-Ville, which provides accommodation and services to runaway or homeless youth. One of those inspiring projects!
