Located on the ExpoCité site, the CÉAU includes educational and fun stations related to urban and peri-urban agriculture.
At the reception desk, inside the Grand Marché de Québec, facilitators are present from Thursday to Sunday to answer your questions and help you acquire horticultural knowledge. The outdoor stations such as the vegetable garden in containers, the one in the ground, the chicken coop and the beehive are the result of collaborations with Alvéole, the Réseau d’agriculture urbaine de Québec and the La Botte mushroom farm.
The harvests from the various stations are donated to La Bouchée généreuse and La Tablée des chefs.
